This Scarano-designed development at 134 St. Marks Place in Park Slope has had tough road. In August 2007, the seven-unit building was slated to come on the market with The Developers Group; that fall Corcoran ended up bringing it to market, before the listings were yanked last spring. Now they've popped up again with Brown Harris Stevens. To date, just two of the units have gone into contract. The remaining five range from a 683-square-foot one-bedroom asking $495,000 to $849,000 for a 1,352-square-foot two-bedroom. Have any readers been inside the building?
