When we looked at 120 Lexington Avenue in August 2006 it was nearly complete. So why is it just hitting the market now? Scarano-gate. The six-unit building finally hit the market last month, with prices ranging from $445,000 for a 1,251-square-foot one-bedroom to $545,000 for a 1,084-square-foot one-bedroom. There's even a 1,453-square-footer available for $495,000. Think they'll have any luck at these prices? It's certainly cheaper than 105 Lexington Avenue, where just three out of the 13 units are in contract.
