Given the beautiful exterior, you'd expect the apartments at 1 Tiffany Place to have lots of historic charm but, alas, that's not the case. When we featured one of the units last September we said that "the look and feel is a little too 'new traditional' for us." Today's condo, Unit 5C, leaves us similarly flat; the furniture's not helping the cause either. Nothing offensive, though, and the duplex comes with private parking, which is pretty sweet. Still, the asking price of $725,000 seems like a stretch for the 1,103-square-foot one-bedroom. Agree?
