Closing Bell: Doubling Down at the Dumbo Flea

Last week was a busy one at Brooklyn Flea's Winter Market in Dumbo, and things are only going to get busier. There's been some more nice press this week—including something from Time Out NY and we've got some news of our own: We're going to expand to the space across the street at 81 Front Street starting January 31 and, in the process, broaden the mix of merchandise beyond the antique/vintage focus at 76 Front Street. (For a photo of the new space, click through at the bottom of the post. Interested vendors should send an email to flea@brownstoner.com.) Stay tuned for more details, but we'll also have a handful of partners beginning to curate and promote each weekend, including Daily Candy and Cool Hunting. The Dumbo market will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. through March 29; F train to York Street or A/C to High Street. For more details, check out this post on the Flea Blog.
