Tonight, Crown Heights makes its television debut on Brooklyn Independent Television's series, Neighborhood Beat. In the episode, which airs at 8:30 p.m., guest community producers and editors help Neighborhood Beat explore the Crown Heights community. Viewers will get to “take an exciting Jewish walking tour and get a glimpse into a rich historic legacy; get creatively inspired by multi-disciplined artists Concep and Lichiban; drop in on the dynamic Richard Green of The Crown Heights Youth Collective; and finally, sample some street-inspired styles at About Time Boutique.” You can catch the Brooklyn Independent TV channel on Timewarner 56, Cablevision 69, RCN 84, or Verizon 44.
