Grub Street (and Williamsburg is Dead) broke the news last week on Brooklyn's first ever bartending school. The classes for the Brooklyn Bartending Academy will begin this summer at Art Land Bar in (surprise, surprise) Williamsburg. Classes are offered weekly, offering 12 hours of bartending instruction. Topics covered in the program include Bar/Alcohol Basics, Mixing Drinks, Customer Service, Bar Management, and Making Maximum $$.
