About the same as they're going at about 95 percent of the new construction projects around the borough: S-l-o-w-l-y. This 63-unit development came on the market at the end of the summer, and 13 units have been released to date; according to the broker's website, two of them have "contracts out" at this point. Have any of you checked this place out in person?
