When we wrote about The Crest a year ago, all but eight of the 4th Avenue development's 69 units were in contract; today five units are still available (though we're told that two of those have deals in the works) ranging in price from $529,000 for a 798-square-foot one-bedroom to $751,000 for a 833-square-foot two-bedroom (expensive, no?); the remaining listings can be viewed here. Regardless, the dynamic duo of Boymelgreen and Katan have to consider themselves lucky to have sold most of the units when they did.
