The Red Brick Café is the newest addition to the growing number of cafés in Brooklyn. One potential upside of layoffs: more time to sip latte (if you can afford 'em) and peruse want-ads. Hawthorne Street reports that the new space, at 1114 Nostrand Avenue, has "a variety of breakfast items, they also have some lunch dishes on the menu such as BBQ chicken, rice and peas and salads."
