Boutique Beat: Isabel Marant Boots at Mick Margo, Lover at Jumelle

Our weekly roundup of what's on the racks right now at some of our favorite spots.

MICK MARGO
This West Village boutique just got in the last big shipment of Isabel Marant, and actually have the incredibly hard-to-find studded boot in stock RIGHT NOW. It probably won't still be available come Monday ... (19 Commerce Street)

JUMELLE
Lover's confident-yet-romantic "White Moon Rising" collection just arrived at Jumelle -- we're particularly enamored wiht this lace-sleeve dress, though if animal print or suits is more your thing, the collection really does have something for everyone. (148 Bedford Avenue)

THISTLE & cLOVER
The perfect antidote to the winter blues? Lewis NYC Babette & Sylvie Dresses ... now re-ordered! Cue rejoicing and cheers from the designer's fan club -- these pieces are sold out everywhere, even Barneys. Check out the designer's pretty frocks at www.lewisnyc.com. And once you're converted? Purchase them online from the T & C Covet List. (221 DeKalb Avenue)

DEBUT
Next Tuesday, Debut is hosting a trunk show for up-and-coming designer Fabiola Arias, a recent Parsons grad who's already been getting a lot of buzz. Stop by to see some of the dazzling dresses, as well as sample some cocktails. Tuesday, 5-7PM. (298 Mulberry Street)

CASTOR & POLLUX
In addition to stocking a ton of warm cashmere scarves -- we're lusting after them now that the seasons have changed -- the ladies at C&P are gearing up for a fantastic even next Wendesday (October 21) from 6-9PM with Poppy King (Lipstick Queen) and Nell Merlino, creator of Make Mine a Million and Take Your Daughter to Work Day. Poppy has created “Fired Up,” a lipstick she developed to inspire women in theworkforce. All profits will be donated to Count Me In, an organization that provides financial assistance and business consulting services to
woman-owned businesses. (228 West 10th St.)
