All of the broken glass that the new Bank of America Tower has lovingly sprinkled over Sixth Avenue in the past few months has had a cumulative effect, The Cuozz reports: the glass crown on floors 52-55 are still not finished. It's the last bit of unfinished business in the Durst Organization's Bryant Park success story, and the "mechanical penthouse" as its called will be finished in November, give or take a stop work order or two.
