Blesso This Messo: Developer Matthew Blesso lives in a…

Developer Matthew Blesso lives in a penthouse apartment somewhere in Lower Manhattan that will probably make you very jealous. The 35-year-old turned over his 3,100-square-home to a pair of Yale professors who morphed it into some hippie hybrid of architecture and landscape design. His private rooftop has an angled bulkhead used as an herb garden, an outdoor shower and spectacular bridge views. Inside, there's a three-sided fireplace, sliding glass walls and enough modern art to fill a snobby Chelsea gallery. No wonder he didn't take this thing for himself. Matty boy, no dinner invite?
