Attention, Project Runway also-rans and masochistic FIT students: To celebrate the launch of her new Elizabeth Arden fragrance Luscious Pink, Mariah Carey is challenging you to design her a dress - specifically, one "that perfectly captures the essence" of La Carey's new 'fume: "feminine, sparkling, magical and sensual." We haven't sniffed it, but we imagine it to have a light citrus bouquet rounded out with topnotes of Hermès leather and tiny dogs. If Mariah picks your sketch, she'll get her army of minions to sew it into reality - one for her, one for you and one to be auctioned off to benefit breast cancer research thanks to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Also, you'll accompany her to the big NYC Luscious Pink unveiling, where you'll be kept at least 20 feet from Ms. Carey at all times.
