The team behind 525 Clinton Avenue in Clinton Hill, which is known as The Collection 525, is so into the high-tech four-inch-thick glass "visionwall" used for the 13-story building that the website has not one, but five videos about the glass. (Seriously.) In any case, there are 30 units in the building, mostly 2BR and 3BRs with a handful of 1BRs thrown in for good measure. The building has three units per floor and has three 3BRs penthouse units up top. The units range from 780 to 2,100 square feet. 1BRs are priced starting at $650K, 2BRs start at $800K and 3BRs start at $950K. There's an "observation deck" at the very top, a common roof deck, a gym, onsite parking, a Fresh Direct room and its wired for Fios. The building will have medical offices on the first two floors.
