A landlord in Houston says his rental tenant completely trashed the apartment and has gone AWOL, leaving his under-insured butt to pay for all the damages. He wants to sell the place, which he says is worth $80,000, but because of the extent of the mess he is taking whatever he can get. Current bidding is up to $38,900. Actually, we don't really care about any of that, we're just amazed by the pictures. He adds: "The pictures do NO justice. There is suppose to be 2 cats living here but I can't find them (I think they're dead somewhere inside the apartment-I contacted the SPCA)."
