50 Cent Releases Fitness Book, for Some Reason

Acclaimed actor, tireless entrepreneur and occasional rapper 50 Cent has announced his next eagerly anticipated extension of the 50 Cent brand.

According to The Associated Press, the man born Curtis Jackson has begun work on a fitness book to be published in January 2013 by Avery Books, because of course he has.

Co-written with Jeff O'Connell, editor-in-chief of Bodybuilding.com, "Formula 50: A 6-Week Total Body Transformation Plan" will no doubt feature helpful advice on upside down push ups, proper Vitamin Water consumption and losing a freakish amount of weight to play a cancer patient in a godawful looking movie.

Our hopes are high for "Formula 50," but Jackson has certainly set the bar high for himself with his business how-to "The 50th Law" which contained such helpful chapters as ""Crush Your Enemy Totally," "Create Compelling Spectacles," and "Do Not Commit to Anyone."
