Thankfully—thankfully—a $75 million listing is "quietly" being marketed at 15 Central Park West, replacing the $80 million offering that was pulled off the market last week. This new one joins the other "unofficial" 15 CPW megaflip, the duplex next door that is reportedly seeking $90 million.
