“The Bachelor” House Up for Grabs

As a single guy, there's nothing like kicking back with 18 single, beautiful (and some borderline crazy) women, right? Such is the life of newest Bachelor contestant Ben Flajnik, who on this past week's episode of the hit reality show brought his bevy of bachelorettes to his hometown of Sonoma, California. All of the hookups, fights, and tears aka the makings of a great reality show took place at a gorgeous Sonoma estate, which incidentally (ah-hem good timing!) is now available to rent for any bachelor or bachelorette willing to shell out $2,200 per night. The estate sits on 15 acres of prime Sonoma land with both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines on the property. The new owners of the ranch-style home are hoping to take advantage of the reality series and even proclaimed on the rental listing, "featured on ABC's the Bachelor January 9."

The outdoor dining table only seats six, which begs the question… what lucky lady (out of 18) had the honor to dine with the Sonoma-native bachelor?

While the listing boasts that the home sleeps 12, to rent the pad won't come cheap. During high season, the house will run you $2,200 per night or a whopping $13,925 for an entire week. Not to mention the 11% occupancy tax that's added to the bill.

A look at the gorgeous rolling hillside at Vineyard Knoll Estate, which is a view Ben is very familiar with--he's a wine maker himself and still calls Northern California home.

Without giving away any spoilers, this very pool was the sight of some reality show fun between Ben and a lady, or two.

The scouters and producers did a prime job finding the ideal backdrop for last week's episode--does it get more romantic than this?

The ranch-style house measures 4,800 square feet and features a sweet living room with a stacked stone fireplace. Although the bachelorettes and bachelor are cut off from all technology during their stint on the show, the home itself does include cable/satellite TV, wi-fi, and a DVD player for all of the renters not hoping to find love on a reality show.

The living room is furnished with the wood-burning fireplace and a baby grand piano, should the mood strike to play some tunes.

A view from the formal dining room, which only seats 12. That is certainly not enough room to host Ben and all of his single ladies.

There's nothing like a stunning dining room and kitchen to host some major emotional breakdowns.

Located adjacent to the family room, the kitchen boasts a large center island, French doors that open to the patio, and during the filming of the reality show, the kitchen likely was stocked with a ton of booze to facilitate all of the cat fights.

A view of the master suite, which takes up the entire second floor. The other single gals had to divvy up the other four bedrooms featured in the ranch-style home.

Despite its incredibly steep rental price, Ben is not included. Sorry, ladies.
