Mosh pit broke out Saturday night.

At least six people were taken to hospitals with injuries after a mosh pit broke out at the Riot Fest music festival in Chicago Saturday night.

Emergency crews were called to the Humboldt Park festival site just after 11 p.m. on the city's West Side, officials said.

Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Michael Sullivan said several people sustained various minor injuries.

Three people were transported in good-to-fair condition and two were taken in fair-to-serious condition following a mosh pit, according to Chicago Fire Media.

The injured festival-goers were taken to Saint Anthony Hospital, Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center and Loretto Hospital, fire media said.

The three-day festival, which heads to Chicago, Denver and Toronto this year, features dozens of musical performances, including sets by Blink-182, The Replacements, Fall Out Boy and Public Enemy.
