Sandra Bullock, Tom Hanks Recreate “Big” Piano Scene

It's been 25 years since audiences thrilled to Tom Hanks playing a kid in grown-up's body in the comedy hit "Big."

Proving that he hasn't lost his ability to tickle the keys with his toes like he did in the original film, the "Captain Phillips" actor recreated the famous scene during an appearance on the "Jonathan Ross Show." Only this time it was fellow Oscar-winner and "Ross" guest Sandra Bullock not Hanks' "Big" co-star Robert Loggia accompanying him on the oversized floor keyboard.

In the 1988 movie, Hanks plays the adult version of a boy named Josh, who wishes he could be big. Trapped in a grown man's body with the mind of a 12-year-old, Josh performs the song "Heart and Soul" alongside Loggia in a scene set in a toy store.

On the "Jonathan Ross Show" a surprised Hanks tentatively tests the keys before attempting a version of "Chopsticks." Before long Bullock joins him on the keyboard for a duet of the piano standard.

"Now we can do 'Chopsticks,' but maybe not in your heels," Hanks tells Bullock. "Oh, I can do 'Chopsticks' in my heels," the "Gravity" actress replies confidently.

The two then execute a flawless version - stilettos and all - before Bullock pulls a plug on their impromptu performance at the moment in the routine that would require them to almost complete the splits. "I'm not doing that last part," she says with a grin.

Earlier in the show Bullock proved herself to be a skilled rapper by performing the 1979 hip-hop classic "Rapper's Delight."

"I mean, the sad part is I learned the words because I liked this guy in high school and I was like, ‘Next time I go to that dance I'm gonna know every word and I'm going to make sure he sees me lip syncing it. I'm going to catch his eye and I'm gonna say the words and he's gonna like me,'" she explains of her knowledge of the song. "It sadly worked."
