Jimmy Fallon, Emma Thompson Play “Password” With Surprise Guests on “Tonight”

Thompson and Sera teamed up against Fallon and Parsons, giving each other one-word hints to guess the "password"

"The Tonight Show" turned into a star-studded game show as Jimmy Fallon and actress Emma Thomspon played "Password" with surprise guests "Arrested Development's" Michael Sera and "The Big Bang Theory's" Jim Parsons.

Thompson and Sera teamed up against Fallon and Parsons, giving each other one-word hints to guess the "password."

In one round, Sera and Parsons had the word "nerd" to describe to their partners. Sera hinted with the word, "geek," to Thompson who responded incorrectly with "computer."

During Parsons' try, he drew from his show and said his character's name "Sheldon," who is a scientist, to describe a "nerd," as a hint to Fallon — which he guessed correctly.

Towards the end, the game grew tense and a losing Sera said to Fallon, "You got the point because you went first," he said referring to Fallon using the word "bratwurst" as a hint for Parsons to guess the word "sausage."

"You need to keep your people in line, Thompson," Parsons quipped to Sera's partner.

The two quickly apologized and kept playing.

Fallon and Parsons won the game when Fallon guessed the password, "pot," after Thompson incorrectly said "weed" first.

Thompson also discussed her book new book, "The Spectacular Tale of Peter Rabbit," on the show.
