Christina Aguilera doesn't have to worry about giving up on her man if he doesn't "say something," because he did. And part of it was, "Will you marry me?"
The pop star revealed on Twitter today that she is engaged to boyfriend of three years Matthew Rutler, writing, "He asked and I said......," and included a sweet photo of her hand flaunting a gigantic diamond ring as she holds his hand with the beautiful beach scenery behind them. Aw!
The couple met on the set of Xtina's 2010 film "Burlesque," where Rutler was working as a productions assistant.
Aguilera was previously married to Jordan Bratman from November 2005 until October 2010, and actually finalized their divorce on Valentine's Day 2011. They share custody of 6-year-old son Max Bratman.

"He's the love of my life, and I adore him," Aguilera gushed about Max on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show. ... He's such a character, and he's so happy and at the end of the day, that's what's most important."
The two lovebirds have been living together in the Grammy-winning vocalist's new Mulholland Estates mansion in Los Angeles, which she bought in April 2013 for $10 million.

Although the pair keep their relationship relatively private, they were photographed heading out to a dinner in Hollywood to celebrate Aguilera's birthday in December, and were also recently spotted enjoying a day stroll in Los Angeles. The duo grabbed a few goodies at Book Soup in West Hollywood before heading back home arm-in-arm.
