Source: Anne Hathaway's Ex To Strike Plea Deal On Fraud, Conspiracy Charges

Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, is expected to reach a plea deal tomorrow in court on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering, a source close to the case tells Access Hollywood.

Follieri will appear in a New York City courtroom tomorrow, after being forced to remain in custody, as he did not post the $21 million bail a judge set.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Follieri is close to reaching an agreement, which will see him pleading guilty to charges of fraud and money laundering. His sentence for the plea is expected to be four or five years, the paper reported.
