Seagal No Longer Under Siege from Sex Harass Suit

Accuser had said actor held her captive and fondled her

A $1 million sexual harassment suit against tough guy actor Steven Seagal has been dismissed.

Kayden Nguyen had sued the "Under Siege" actor in LA, claiming Seagal forced her to stay in a Louisiana home and repeatedly fondled her. The allegations led to the suspension of filming on the reality series "Steven Seagal Lawman."

It was not clear if the parties had reached a settlement, although The Associated Press reported that Seagal's attorneys had been trying to resolve the case through private arbitration.

Seagal had denied the allegations through his attorney.
