Pam Anderson Joins Australia's ‘Big Brother'

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee are not living under the same roof – for three days anyway.

The couple’s re-ignited romance was interrupted as Pam headed south – to Australia, to spend time on the country’s version of “Big Brother.”

The former “Baywatch” beauty joined the household earlier today, though several of the housemates at first believed she was a celebrity impersonator, rather than the real deal, the BBC reported.

In a press conference, prior to entering the house, where she’ll live for three days, Anderson told reporters her fee for the brief visit was a weighty one.

“Huge, a lot,” she said. “Much more than I am worth.”

Though Pam is known for her affiliation with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the house she is living in is, in part, sponsored by KFC.

The actress said she was unaware of the fast food restaurant’s involvement when she signed up for the gig.

“Every show has a bunch of sponsors and it’s not something you look into when you are offered a job,” she said. “But it’s kind of interesting. It’s a coincidence.”
