His fiancee, 27-year-old Kate Major, told police that she and the 50-year-old Lohan argued on Monday over a missed cell phone call at the home they shared in Water Mill on Long Island. Major says Lohan kicked and threatened her.

Lohan's attorney, Lisa Bloom, says her client denies all the charges. She confirmed in an e-mail that the couple, who were engaged in April, have split.
