Madonna's flings with A-Rod and model Jesus Luz could stop her plans to adopt another baby from Malawi.

Madonna's crazy sex life could stop her from adding another kid to her brood.

The Queen of Pop's flings with steroid-enhanced slugger Alex Rodriguez and 20-something Brazilian model Jesus Luz are causing African adoption agencies to question how stable the singer is as she attempts to adopt another baby from the nation of Malawi, told the New York Daily News.

Madonna is planning to adopt 3-year-old Mercy James from the same country where she adopted son David Banda in 2006 - but adoption officials say they won't send the baby to a "broken home."

"Our official policy is that we do not encourage our children to be sent into broken homes," according to a senior official from Malawi's Ministry of Women and Child Welfare Development.

"[Madonna's] relationships may negatively affect the adoption of Mercy," the official told the Daily News. "The news she is linked to another woman's husband and a young man less than half her age makes us question her morals."

The pop diva has two children, Rocco, 8, and Banda with ex-husband Guy Ritchie, whom she split from earlier this year. She also has a 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from her first marriage.

Officials also told the New York Daily News they were unhappy that Madonna was flaunting her relationships with A-Rod and Luz in the press - Madonna and Luz, 22, were recently featured in a raunchy W magazine photo spread.
