The address on the lien was reportedly Nicolas' $3.55 million New Orleans mansion – now up for sale, as is his $35 million Hollywood home.
The news comes months after the star settled a previous incident with the IRS. According to ABC News, he agreed to pay $666,000 plus interest in back taxes and penalties in September 2008 after allegations of improperly deducted personal expenses.
