Reports surfaced earlier this week suggesting Madonna had canceled her proposed 50th birthday bash over an ankle injury.
The bash was reportedly going to be held this weekend at her country estate in Wiltshire, England, where Madonna mainstays such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Trudie Styler and Stella McCartney, as well as her Kabbalah crew and Malawian officials, who were instrumental in the adoption of her son David, were expected to attend.
But while her rep could not confirm a party had been planned to mark Madonna’s half-century, her rep did tell Access, “nothing has been canceled.”

The singer’s rep also hinted that Madonna’s ankle injury might not be as bad as some reports have suggested as she is still prepping for her “Sticky and Sweet” tour.
