Britney Spears is taking her sons on tour.
In a post Monday evening on her Web site, BritneySpears.com, the pop singer’s Web team confirmed that her boys – Sean Preston and Jayden James — will be by their mother’s side on her “Circus” trek.

“Both Sean Preston and Jayden James will, in fact, be joining Britney throughout the duration of her tour,” the post read.
Earlier in the day, several Web sites reported that Britney was planning to cancel her “Circus” tour if Kevin Federline and his lawyers blocked the pop-princess from bringing her boys on the upcoming tour.

And beyond the confirmation that her boys would accompany her, there was more good news for Britney fans. The singer’s Web team revealed plans for her “Circus Tour,” noting that the jaunt “isn’t going to be like any circus, or concert, you’ve seen before.”

Jamie King, who has worked with stars including Madonna, Rihanna and Brit, said he and the pop star have taken the “Circus” to new heights.
“Britney and I are really excited to conceptualize her Circus tour. We’ve taken the idea of a traditional ‘big-top circus’ and given it a Britney Spears twist,” he told BritneySpears.com. “This circus is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. It’s sexy, fun, explosive, and full of surprises. We wanted the stage to resemble the design of a three-ring circus where multiple acts can take place simultaneously. While avoiding such traditional circus elements as live animals, we’ve created something innovative and exciting using contortionists, dancers, lighting, fire and other special effects. In the end, we just want fans to experience a unique and thrilling concert with Britney.”
Britney’s “Circus’ tour kicks off in New Orleans on March 3.
