Anne Hathaway's Ex Pleads Guilty To All Counts

Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, plead guilty to all 14 counts of conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering on Wednesday, Access Hollywood has learned.

Appearing nervous and pale in a dark blue prison-issued uniform, Follieri waived indictment, a source inside the courtroom confirmed to Access. He stood during the one hour proceeding, as the charges against him were read.

Follieri, 30, read a brief statement to the judge that said, “I knew what I was doing was wrong.”

As part of his plea, Follieri agreed not to file an appeal against any sentence of up to 63 months in prison. Sentencing in the case is scheduled for October 3.

In addition, a judge ordered Follieri to give back $2.4 million in cash, as well as jewelry and watches. The judge also said he would order restitution.
