Fielder-Civil spent about a year behind bars after he was arrested for beating a pub landlord in 2006. He was also convicted of attempting to pervert the course of justice and was sentenced to over two years in prison, this past July.

The former video assistant was already incarcerated when his sentence was handed down, having been originally sent to prison, before his trial, in November 2007.

His incarceration came just months after his May 2007 Miami wedding to the “Back To Black” singer.

Fielder-Civil was reportedly required to check into rehab as part of the terms of his release according to a record industry source that spoke with Reuters.
