An MTA transit bus was seen dramatically dangling over a roadway in the Bronx Friday morning after crashing through a wall.
No one was injured in the crash, which happened around 8:45 a.m. at the Henry Hudson Parkway West Service Road above Kappock Street in Spuyten Duyvil. Firefighters could be seen stabilizing the BxM1 express bus and slowly bringing it back onto the roadway.
The MTA operator involved in the crash, who has about 37 years on the job, was safely pulled from the bus.
No MTA customers were onboard the bus at the time of the accident.

A TWU official said the driver wasn't able to make it around a parked car, so the operator of another MTA bus a bit behind her offered to help and got behind the wheel. He was able to get around the car by driving up on the curb, but that's when things went wrong.
"Between the grass and the ditch, the bus just slid. No fault of his own as he was applying the breaks. It ended up making contact into the wall," said TWU Yonkers Depot Chairman Marcos Soler.
Union officials said they hope the city's Department of Transportation will take another look at parking regulations on the turn, saying if two parking spots were eliminated, buses would be able to maneuver more freely.

The scene remained active for much of the day as crews worked to investigate the crash, clean up and repair the wall. Buses were rerouted due to the road remaining shut down.
