Casual French brand Zadig & Voltaire debuted in New York recently and has quickly expanded, now planning a move into a third location in Soho.
The new Mercer Street location brings yet another European trend-brand to the area, having replaced home store Distant Origins (to the chagrin of some). The label remains still a bit under the radar, which is nice for those in the know, but who knows, with Soho's every-expanding indie lineup starting to draw the masses (ahem, Isabel Marant and Jerome Dreyfuss), Zadig & Voltaire may yet gain some momentum.
