After canceling their spring show and facing rumors that their line, Tuleh, is on the verge of closing, it seems as though designer Bryan Bradley and his business partner Marco Cattoretti have gone missing.
Here are the facts, according to WWD: Tuleh stopped paying its creditors, prompting financial backer Trilea Holdings to explore other options to keep the company afloat. Now, Trilea is reporting that operations are on hold and that the company has let go of the entire staff, vacating the offices on Chrystie Street. Rumors are apparently circulating that Bradley is supposedly working on other plans in New York and/or Paris while Trilea is rumored to be scouting another creative director at Tuleh. As WWD put it, "Few of their acquaintances and retailers know of their whereabouts or plans for the future" -- all of which seems like a mysterious and sad turn, indeed, for such a talented label.
