The enchantment and anticipation mounts around the March release of Disney and Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland 3D, with Stella McCartney designing a limited edition costume bracelet and necklace inspired by the film.
The glitterati are sure getting on board with the movie -- what is it about the fashion community and "Alice"? -- making for quite the chic not-just-for-kids flick. The Stella McCartney "Wonderland" charms evoke the enchantment of the classic tale in Swarovski and Plexiglas, depicting the rabbit, the Mad Hatter's hat, a pearl and the symbols of a deck of cards -- spade, club, heart and diamond. The necklace and bracelet are brass with a light gold finish, with black, sheer pink and brown details, and WWD reports that they will retail for $425 and $395, respectively, at Stella McCartney stores worldwide starting in February.
