Earlier this summer we reported on the opening of Roundabout Resale's Mercer Street location, a sprawling 3,100 square-foot mecca for consignment designer goods—many of which still have their tags on them. Now the deals just got even sweeter with the opening of Roundabout's basement level, where you'll be able to browse through clothes, handbags and shoes, all priced in the under-$200 range.
