Macy's continues full steam ahead with exclusive designer partnerships- this time, with Kenneth Cole Reaction menswear.
As of September 2010, Macy's will be the only department store to carry a new capsule collection of Kenneth Cole Reaction men's sportswear. The line includes tees, woven shirts and denim and will retail between $28-$69.50, plus jackets going for $150. Scant details on a marketing campaign offer up a gist of the young-and-modern variety with flashy graphics and "state-of-the-art" cool stuff abounding in in-store boutiques.
Reps at Macy's cited a hole in the menswear market as motivation for the new collection, while Kenneth Cole peeps are excited to join the ranks of the large retailer's successful designer partnerships.
