Fans of former French Vogue editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld's signature smokey eye look will soon be able to recreate it themselves, thanks to a limited-edition cosmetics collection that the icon is reportedly set to launch with MAC.
According to WWD, the collection will emphasize Roitfeld's signature smokey eye, as well as the accompanying nude lip, and Roitfeld reportedly was very involved with all the aspects of the collection -- from the packaging to the names of the products. The collection is set to launch in the fall, which is nice timing for Roitfeld, who is set to launch her new magazine, "CR Fashion Book," around that time.
MAC has had quite a bit of success with its celebrity collaborations, which have ranged from Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj to Iris Apfel, and we'd wager that this one will be especially winning considering it centers on a sexy look that more than a few style-setters would love to imitate.
