Designer Katharine Hamnett launched the Save the Sea collection of eco-conscious and retro-chic swimwear at YOOX.
As part of the site's YOOXYGEN initiative to support environmental efforts through the sale of ecologically sustainable fashion, the Save the Sea collection consists of 14 historically glam pieces including the Marlene Dietrich skirted maillot, Ursula Andress bikini, Rita Hayworth terry playsuit, Ernest Hemingway shorts, as well as towels, tees, and totes sporting the Save the Sea emblem.
The line retails between $59-$185 and proceeds benefit the environmental concerns of farmers in West Africa.
