J. Crew Joins Net-a-Porter Party in May

On the heels of launching a new bridal boutique, and adding designer Alice Temperley's delish fashions, Net-a-Porter, the gold standard of designer e-comm sites lures J. Crew to hop aboard, bringing the retailer to global distribution.

    J. Crew has announced that the company will join forces with the site come mid-May.  Though the prepster chic mogul is online,  J. Crew wares are only available for sale in North America and Japan. Its addition to Net-a-Porter will mark its entree into the rest of the world, taking advantage of Net-a-Porter distribution to 170 countries, which is pretty much everywhere.

Select women's merchandise will be available, and J. Crew will create exclusive colorways and styles to Net-a-Porter as part of the relationship. We're gussing oh über stylish one, creative director Jenna Lyons, had a hand in this brilliant, label-boosting move.
