Claudia Schiffer launched a line of cashmere knitwear with German designer Iris von Arnim at Colette in Paris, WWD reports.
The supermodel, who makes her retail debut with the line, expressed surprise over the shipment schedule for winter wear (read: now). For the fete, she wore the one short-sleeved piece from the line in the summer heat, and confessed that even she "can't buy when it's hot".
According to the report, the collection, which is now available to buy at Colette, will follow with worldwide distribution, including Net-a-Porter here in the U.S. The sweaters span classic oversize striped cardigans, nubby sweater jackets, scarves, sweater dresses and boxy-cut pullovers in a slate-blue, gray and black palette. Prices range between 235-765 Euros (approximately $340-$1,100 by current exchange rates).
