If there's one thing Paris Fashion Week still has on New York, it's good old fashioned spectacle, and the Gossip frontwoman's appearance on Gaultier's runway was just that.
Ditto has become something of a fixture on the fashion scene of late -- hanging with insiders and even designing her own line for a plus-size brand in the UK called Evans. Even so, her appearance at Gaultier's show was an unexpected highlight from the weekend shows in Paris: The singer opened the show with an a capella performance, then closed it by striding down the catwalk in a custom floral dress. As she told WWD, "It was frightening and amazing, the way everything should be."
