BUST Spring Craftacular Hits Williamsburg Next Month

BUST will hold its third annual Spring Craftacular in Williamsburg May 23, ushering in the spring craft fair season in NYC with music, treats, drinks and of course, handmade everything.

More than 50 local artists and crafters will invade the Warsaw building to showcase their DIY wares next month, including vintage and contemporary clothing, artisan jewelry, home decor and beyond (think organic lingerie and sublime knitwear).  Thus far, the roster of vendor includes Hand of Fatima, Erica Weiner, New York Couture and more.

Also present at this season's Craftacular will be Score! Pop-up Swap, accepting donations on clothing, electronics, homewares, crafts and kids' stuff for their charity Megaswap on May 29.  What's a Megaswap, you ask? Essentially, a free store with live music and other festivities, allowing you to drop off your stuff for recycling and then browse and take whatever you can carry.  They should re-name it Brilliant Megaswap. Tickets are a mere $2, so we'd suggest making a day of it: Eat, drink, browse and shop.

BUST Spring Fling Craftacular: May 23 at the Warsaw, 261 Driggs Avenue, 11AM-7PM
