APC Shows Off Plans for Its New West Village Store

Back in April we reported on the Bleecker Street retail boom, which would include Marc Jacobs' Bookmarc, a second Freeman's Sporting Club, and A.P.C. And while Marc Jacobs' CEO Robert Duffy recently took to Twitter to announce the opening date and details of Jacobs' newest addition to his West Village sprawl, A.P.C. did them one better by posting information about its pending store opening on the A.P.C. website, along with an actual floor plan.

The floorplan text itself is a little difficult to read, however the most pertinent details are provided above it: the new location will open at the end of September on 92 Perry Street, at the corner of Bleecker (currently occupied by the soon-to-shutter Olive and Bette's).

Personally, we think A.P.C.'s decision to show off the diagram is a cheeky statement about the feverish, nearly-obsessive speculation over store openings. But then again, when it's A.P.C., it's not hard not to be obsessed.
