Fair Folks & a Goat Private Boutique Pied-à-terre

Fair Folks & a Goat opened quietly on the Upper East Side with a new concept that houses an art gallery and event space within a salon-style apartment stocked with contemporary and vintage furnishings and fashion that are all up for sale.

Proprietress and curator extraordinaire Aurora Stokowski offered Daily Candy a glimpse into the by-appointment-only boutique, which resembles the pied-à-terre of a cultured uptown denizen with impeccable taste. An interesting collection of modern and antique decor and artwork rest alongside Archive Vintage clothing, Toujours Toi handmade jewelry and One Way One Bright Pass menswear. The clothing and accessories hang in the closets (natch). The best part of all -- tea and wine are served as soon as you walk in.

The Fair Folks have also recently purchased a shotgun bed & breakfast in New Orleans that they plan open as the same type of living boutique with rooms to let.  That said, we might have to follow up our local appointment with a field trip to the land of Fair Folks & a Goat New Orleans-style.
