Rachel Roy Plans Pop-Up Store in Soho

Rachel Roy herself will kick off her 10-day pop-up starting September 10, including pieces all under $300, graffiti art, free ice cream. We are beside ourselves.

Rachel Roy is one busy girl, wedging a brilliantly concepted pop-up store in Soho between her exclusive Macy's LineFall 2009 Fashion Week and the mounting excitement around Fashion's Night Out.  The mixed media temporary shop will house the designer's lower priced items, retailing between $59-$299, with all jewelry less than $250, as well as commissioned artwork from NYC graffiti artist George “SEN One” Morillo and a SEN One-designed ice cream truck outside. (All the ice cream's free. Free!)

The kicker? Ms. Roy herself will be throwing herself full throttle into the 10-day event, working the floor of the store and interacting with customers on a daily basis.  So you'll know where to find us this Labor Day Weekend - camped out at with the masses on 111 Spring waiting to get in!
