Jimmy Choo Launches Line of Classics

For any shoe shoppers worried that luxury shoe maven Choo may be veering toward the mass-market world with his collection for H&M, don't fear: With one hand, he creates affordable pumps; with the other, he creates a new capsule line inspired by his best-selling styles.

According to WWD, "Choo 24/7" is being unveiled at the brand's showroom in Milan this week, and will feature 28 different styles -- from strappy nighttime stilettos to classic daytime pumps. And unlike the H&M collection, these heels will definitely be upscale, costing as much as $1,200 and covered in everything from lizard prints to glitter and zippers.

The collection will be available in Jimmy Choo shops and department stores in January 2010.
