Devi Kroell presented a playful side in her sophomore RTW collection for Spring 2010, which in addition to lots of prints, metallics and brights, included a "Thong Song" serenade.
Relaxing a bit this season, Kroell's collection was hallmarked by the gold sequin-encrusted bold shoulder MJ jacket, plus a bronze lame knotted cocktail dress and a few pairs of silver shoes. Tempering the metals were peppy floral prints and rich pink, purple, green and lemon yellow hues on fairly classic silhouettes.
One gets the feeling the accessory designer has mastered translation of detailed ornamentation to clothing - her third collection is just right for spring.
