John Galliano partners with Milanese jewelry company Damiani to create a luxe line of jewelry for his eponymous fashion label.
The first collection includes just five pieces - a ring, three pairs of earrings, and a necklace - which will incorporate Japanese pearls, white and black diamonds, peridot, red tourmaline, smoky quartz, and onyx, WWD reports. The theme is modern treasure trove, and prices are "upon request."
As if the probably pricey tag isn't enough of an obstacle, the pieces will initially be availble at the Galliano boutique in Paris only.
In addition to Damiani's in-house lines, they company also creates jewelry for designers Jil Sander, Martin Margiela, and Gianfranco Ferré, plus pieces for ltalian car companies Ferrari, Ducati, and Maserati.
